Paul Gross is a partner in the Cooley Godward Kronish Business department and a member of the Firm’s Pro Bono Committee. He is resident in the Colorado office and joined the Firm in 1998. Gross’s practice includes the representation of public and private companies in a variety of corporate and securities transactions including venture capital financings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. His practice also includes the formation and representation of venture capital partnerships.
Gross received a J.D. in 1998 from the University of California, Davis School of Law where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and was a member of the University of California, Davis Law Review. He received a B.S. in 1987 from the United States Naval Academy, where he graduated with merit. Prior to attending law school, Paul served as an officer in the U.S. Navy for seven years. He is admitted to practice before the Colorado Bar, and is a member of the American Bar Association.
