Caron Harte has been the Corporate Secretary, Treasurer and Controller of Newline Consulting, Inc. since 1993. Her responsibilities include marketing the firm’s services, reviewing and selecting clients, preparing business plans and financial projections, compiling debt packages and preparing offering documents as well as managing the firm’s accounting and financial departments. From 1997 to 2000, Harte was the Corporate Secretary, Treasurer and Controller of a boutique investment banking firm where she handled marketing the firm’s services, the initial screening of investment vehicles and valuing client companies using various valuation methods. Before joining NCI, she served as the Financial Principal and a Registered Representative of a small securities firm. Harte handled all accounting functions and oversaw the back office operations, including transferring funds and securities, compiling all legal work involved with restricted securities and supervising employees. She has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
