Brent Peterson is in the audit service area of EKS&H and has been involved with publicly traded and privately held businesses since 1989. He provides accounting and advisory services to clients in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, insurance, software and high-technology. Peterson also specializes in Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and has assisted many companies in public and private security offerings, as well as merger and acquisition and due diligence. He graduated cum laude and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with emphases in accounting and marketing from the University of Colorado. He is an active member of various professional and community organizations.
